To have a complaint of discrimination, the discrimination must occur in a particular area including, employment, education, accommodation, goods and services, state laws and programs, and club memberships.

Sexual harassment is unlawful. If you have been subjected to any form of sexual attention that is unwelcome you may have a complaint of sexual harassment. Examples of sexual attention include (but are not limited to):
